BuzzBrew (the “Game”) is developed by Joaquín Cabrera (“we”), an independent developer based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. This policy explains what data is processed when you play, and what your rights are.

1. Short version

2. What data is processed

Progress saved on the device Stays on your phone Not sent to us or to any third party

The Game does not request or collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

3. Google Play Games Services (optional)

If you choose to sign in, the Game uses Play Games for achievements and cloud save. Google shares your player ID, gamertag and avatar with us. With respect to your Play Games profile data, Google acts as an independent controller; see the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not use Play Games data for advertising purposes. Signing in is optional: the Game is fully playable without it, and in that case your progress is stored only on your device.

4. Ads and your consent

The Game shows rewarded ads — you only see one if you choose to, in exchange for a temporary boost. They are served by Google AdMob.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before serving ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.

How Google uses partner data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Legal bases for processing

6. International transfers

Google may process data outside Ecuador (for example, in the United States), subject to the safeguards set out in its own privacy framework.

7. Retention

We do not store personal data, so we retain none. Google’s retention periods are governed by its own policies. Your local progress stays on your device until you clear the Game’s data or uninstall it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of and port your data, under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA — including opting out of the “sale or sharing” of personal information.

Write to sptndev@gmail.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

How to delete your data yourself:

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to Ecuador’s Superintendency of Personal Data Protection or to the supervisory authority in your country.

9. Children

The Game is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will resolve it.

10. Device permissions

None of these permissions is used to collect personal data, and you can disable notifications from Android settings.

11. Security

We apply reasonable measures: communications with Google services are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No system is infallible, but because we operate no servers of our own the exposure surface is minimal.

12. AI-generated content

Some of the Game’s art and music was generated with AI tools under a licence that permits commercial use. This does not involve processing any of your personal data.

13. Changes to this policy

If we update it, we will publish the new version at this same address with its date. If the change is material, we will announce it inside the Game. Continued use means you accept the current version.
